The tutorial-vs-qualify paragraph sat below visualize/lint. It now sits next to quickstart and --break-it.

The bundled workflow is a tutorial. The README says so at the first run, then points at docs.openadapt.ai/get-started for the five-minute walkthrough. Header links name the two live start URLs: openadapt.ai/start (one-screen install) and that walkthrough. There is no third tutorial.

Tutorial VERIFIED is a local receipt on synthetic MockMed. It is not a production Seal. --break-it is the aha: the banner can lie, and the independent read stops the run. When you qualify a real job, that same independent check is what a Seal attests. Public synthetic verify: openadapt.ai/seals. Contract: docs/commercial/seal.md.

Platform manifest

validate-platform-manifest failed because PyPI published openadapt-types 0.11.0 and 0.12.0 after the last successful main check. The committed BOM still advertised 0.10.1. Regenerated with scripts/generate_platform_manifest.py.

Flow 1.34.0 still requires openadapt-types<0.11.0,>=0.10.0 (console/dev/interop extras). compatibility_status is now dependency-incompatible. That is the published set, not a guessed pin. A later Flow release has to widen the pin.

Reviewer

Read the Run it section. The walkthrough sentence must sit before visualize/lint. Confirm the README still points at get-started, not a new docs /start tree. The manifest regen is mechanical; confirm types is 0.12.0 and the incompatibility is recorded, not hidden.

the first quickstart and --break-it block, and name the two live start URLs.
